The headline in
The Irish Times piece asks: What do steak and marshmallows have in common? As the article suggests, this is a foodie question I never knew I had. The answer, it says, is something called "The Maillard Reaction" - that was going to be my second guess (don't ask what my first was). Personally, I like writing that makes you feel like a food-nerd.
